My school have organised a cross country ...

My frens said walk together..

But at firts go and stop togeter ..

Haven half way they run run run!!

So i run my own..

Damn tired lor ..

The Bukit Mewah house area there..

all are hills 

Go up and down only no straight road giv us !!

Half dy it's started rain!!

Damn cold lorhx becoz I'm sweating +rain water ..

Teacher relax larhx but students run like hell..

But quite fun..

And I won 36 xD

And congratz to my frens who gaet top 30 =D

The next day woke up early becoz taekwondo class..

Super tired and pain..

Becoz the leg hav pain dy and wanted to do super warm up and run !!!

Of course no mood larhx..

And I forget little bit tego 1 lolx..

And the sir say if I still cannot remember on saturday 

He ask mii to draw down all the step ..

Then woke up or and do some juice and drink lorhx..

And today leg more pain becoz jogging..

But I walk more than I jog ...
